The Lutheran Mission Society's 2011 Annual Dinner will be on Sunday, October 23rd at Kurtz's Beach in Pasadena, MD. Please note the new times. Gathering and hors d'oeuvres are at 4 PM. Dinner will be served at 5 PM.
Inspirational music will be provided by by the Praise Team from the Lutheran Church of St. Andrew in Silver Spring. Exciting LMS ministry updates will be presented. A silent auction will feature many great items on which you may bid. As always, it will be an afternoon of fine food, inspirational music, information and Christian fellowship.

[February 6, 2012] Lutheran Mission Society and Immanuel Lutheran Church will hold a Bull & Oyster Roast on Friday, March 30th from 7:00 PM til 10:30 PM at Heritage Parkville Gardens, 7631 Harford Road in Parkville Shopping Center.
This year's Bull & Oyster Roast will also feature a Silent Auction, Games, DJ, and Dancing.
Tickets are $35.00 each (a table of ten for $330.00) and the proceeds will be split between Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Mission Society. For tickets or more information contact:

6th-grade students at Baltimore Lutheran School won the 2009 Spirit of Service event at BLS for the first time. They brought in the most items per person during the weeklong collection for the Mission Society, amassing 7,725 points. Here they hold up a popular item when snow is in the forecast.
